Rodger Cherry
President

Rodger has more than 35 years of experience in lighting distribution, manufacturing, and representation and has spent the last 20 years at WB. As President of Wiedenbach-Brown, he guides a dedicated group of people who understand the value of long-term customer relationships. Under his leadership, WB has diversified its business into core groups: New Construction and Retrofits, Controls, EV Charging, and Switchgear. Rodger is a graduate of Syracuse University and lives in New York.

Jeff Codd, LC
Senior Vice President

Jeff offers over 20 years lighting industry experience performing functions across finance, operations, and business development.  As Senior Vice President of Finance, Jeff leads WB Accounting/Finance, Distribution, IT, Payroll/Benefits, Purchasing, and Risk activities. Jeff enjoys collaborating with WB associates, customers, and vendors to develop the people, processes, and technology to support our customers’ needs nationally. Jeff is Lighting Certified (LC), graduated from the University of Connecticut and earned his MBA in Finance and Information Systems at New York University. 

Lara Cordell, LC, LEED AP
Vice President of Sales

Lara received her M.Sci. in Lighting from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Lighting Research Center and has been in the industry for 23 years. Prior to joining WB 14 years ago, she was an award-winning lighting designer and Vice President of a start-up manufacturing company. She is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) and has served on the boards of both the Illuminating Engineering Society Orange County Chapter (IESOC) and the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD) Education Trust.

Jennifer Jenkins
Director of Project Management

Jenn Jenkins has built her career around lighting with more than 19 years in the industry. Prior to joining Wiedenbach Brown, Jenn was an award-winning lighting designer and Professional Member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD). Jenn has worked at several lighting consultancies and served as the Director of Lighting for a large real estate company. At WB, Jenn brings her lighting expertise to oversee the project management team. Jenn holds a Bachelor and Master of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
